  4. Light period flow. Can be the reason?

Hello doctor from past 5 months my period flow is less than before..my date is accurate..no issues with date..now days in my 1st day i only ise 2pads,2nd day it is less ,1pad is enough for whole day,and 3rd day is same as 2nd day..and it not fully covered.but 5months ago on 1st day 1 used 3 to 4pads,as we as 2nd day,and 3rd day it is 1or 2 pads..recntly i have done my usg..but the report is absolutely normal..4monts ago i have started my thyroid medcine..what can be the reason?
