Menstrual problems
I have been noticing my period cycle from Nov 2022 has become very irregular. Dates when period started for past months are : 2 Nov, 24 Dec, 5 Feb, 7 March, 9 May, 8 June, 3 July, 18 July. First I used to think that because of so much stress, my periods are being delayed and I was having a lot of junk food so I gained weight and hairfall bcz I wasnt. I masturbate 1-2 times/week, my sleep cycle is messed up and do minimal physical activity. In May 2023, my TSH level became 7.515, T3 and T4 were normal, Cholesterol was 224 and Triglyceride level was 262.7. Then, for one month I did Intermittent fasting, strictly avoided junk. On 1 July, TSH reduced to 3.51 and T3, T4 are again normal. Cholesterol became 219, Triglyceride became 224 and testosterone is 27.2ng/dl. But in July, period came from 3 -6July(light flow) and came again on 18th(heavy flow), two days after I masturbated. It was the first time that I have got an 15 days early period. Is all this PCOD/PCOS or just poor lifestyle?Help

Please consult a Gynaecologist in your area for proper history taking, clinical examination and investigations. You have written the report of about 30 investigations. No doctor will have the stamina to remember and interpret them. With such a detailed data it is better to seek a proper physical consultation with a Gynaecologist.
