Menstrual Cycle not regular
I never had any issue of my menstrual cycle but after my second baby bitlrth it slowly got irregular but this time I am not getting it and heavy pain on my lower abdomen. I did my pregnancy test at home and it was negative.I am taking medicine glycomet for diabetes.

If you are still feeding, this could be lactational amenorrhea. If not, get a serum TSH and prolactin as well as ultrasound abdomen and pelvis done.

How irregular? Whn was day one of the periods last? R ur Thyroid levels normal?

Please consult with a Gynaecologist on  Practo or in your area.   You will need a few investigations and treatment will be started.  How big is your second child.
