Memory problem
I cannot memorise long conversations and long reading.i do not have any learning disability or anxiety or depression, confirmed by a psychologist.Even inspiral 80 mg is not helping me.my whole academic life has been destroyed due to such reasons.whats wrong with me?

hi I m.dr.swati mittal..I m working as a consulting psychiatrist.. firstly you should meet psychiatrist. they can only certify whether u r suffering or not forgetfulnee n d age of 23 is only possible when u have tumour,BP issues,head injury..if these problem not there. then rheumination of thought,depression,u are bit able to empty your mind something and other s going can lead to forgetfulness...
Next Steps
write all your worries and whatever thought is going n ur brain write it n a paper..and see how many are useful or how are waste thought.. then write all waste thought n paper through in to dustbin
