Memory loss
I am concerned for my memory. I cannot remember much things. Am not feeling active. Everyday i feel lazy and deactive. Near side of eyebrows my bran nerve fluctuates and gv me head pain all time. Wat is the reason for all this things happening. I cannot remember ystrday or some day before things wat i did wat i spoked with person. I think i hv memory loss. What i do pls help me.

Dear You are having depression features along with headache . It appears you hv unilateral throbbing type of headache.  Is it associated with nausea , photophobia. Additionally I need more information about your mood symptoms , decrease energy cn b part of depression. Untreated depression leads to memory / cognitive decline.  Also your detail mefical assessment is needed to rule out any medical reason for change in memory.

Hello, These can be a symptom of depression. Depression can affect anyone and you can overcome it completely. Depression symptoms include feeling low all the time, loss of interest in previous pleasurable activity, crying spells, feeling lonely, change in appetite and sleep, low in energy, confidence, hopeless, helpless, worthless feeling and sometime even suicidal ideas. Few of them or all can be present at a time. Headache can be somatic symptoms associated with depression. Depending on the severity your treatment will be decided. Consult a mental health professional for evaluation and treatment. Anxiety and depression are treated with medicines and counselling. Mental health is as important as physical health.
