I have dark skin and I have had a Melasma problem around the upper lip area in my childhood but it worsened and I did get a treatment but it keeps appearing. Is there any permanent solution to this? When It darkens it looks like a moustache.
Let me know the possible solutions to permanently resolve this problem.

It can be cleared...Undergo pico laser removal therapy.. otherwise few creams also available...for detailed prescription do direct online consultation by sending photos.
It is not melasma but perioral dermatitis which worsens in winter
It is part of eczema
Eczema cannot be permanently cured but can be kept in complete control by applying simple creams
Regarding the darkness, it will need evaluation
