Melasma problem
I have dark skin and I have had a Melasma problem around the upper lip area in my childhood but it worsened and I did get a treatment but it keeps appearing. Is there any permanent solution to this? When It darkens it looks like a moustache.

It is not melasma but perioral dermatitis which worsens in winter
It is part of eczema
Eczema cannot be permanently cured but can be kept in complete control by applying simple creams
