Do’s– • Ahara: Chapatti prepared with Yava (barley), maize, millet like Jowara, Ragi; regular use of Laja (puffed rice/ grains), Moonga Daal (green gram) with or without husk or sprouted or Tuvar Daal in food. Use of fruits like papaya, orange, sweet lemon, co- conut water, salads prepared with cucumber, carrot, radish, spinach etc. Vegetables soups prepared of Patola (Trichosanthes dioica), gourd etc. Luke warm water and seasoned honey. • Vihara: Waking up early morning, regular exercises, brisk walking, swimming, playing outdoor games, Yoga. Don’ts– • Ahara: Heavy fried food, black gram, refined foods such as white flour, peas, chick peas, potatoes, curd, milk, fermented and bakery items, day sleep, • Vihra: excess sleep and sedentary life style

Medohar vati(patanjli) have no side effect.you can take it. Dose you can take it after one hour of your breakfast and dinner(2,2tablet) take it with warm water.you can take 2 month continue ad then y take a break of 10 15 days then you can start again. It will take long time :- along with it you have to start yoga and exercise . :- use warm water to drink. :- avoid fried and pizza and burger all these things :- eat simple and stay healthy. Exercise and yoga are very compulsory to reduce weight
