Yoga is a daily activity. To get benefits of yoga and meditation you need to do it daily with devotion for years. Its like you want mangoes the next day you plant the seed! For gas problems please include asanas like pavanmuktasana, halasana in lying pose. Makarasana, shalabhasana in prone pose lying on stomach. Vajrasana and mandukasana ( frog pose) in sitting posture. Continue doing yoga daily and mark my words nothing will go waste!

It's is suggested to stop kapal bhati. Your stomach problems will agrevate. While doing meditation don't instruct your mind. After breathing exercises and omkar chanting just watch your breathing rhythm. This will help you.
