Wearing glasses is not preferable during yoga asanas and pranayama. Because your body + mind has to co-operate to do certain poses with deep awareness and internal focus .

U can do YOG with Ur glasses on if only they don't fall off now n then. U need to make sure they stay in place, otherwise u may have some physical injury.
