There's no report or study to suggest that doing yoga will reduce height, the stretching exercises have shown to help increase your height and considering your age you shouldn't have any reduction of height from your earlier height at this point. I strongly recommend that you go to the ER and get assessed and undergo the necessary investigations to find the cause of the reduced height.
