Are generic medicines ineffective, in case composition is same may I take medicines of the company other than that prescribed by the doctor.

You can take generic medicines but please try to compare the constituents and their quantity.
Most of the top Pharma Companies have their Generic Division. You should try to take those medicines. Avoid generic medicines from unknown Companies.
