Hello doc,
My sister is 5 weeks pregnant, she has consulted with gynaecologist and doctor has prescribed her nausecz and prolin 300 SR medicine.
Are these safe to take and why we need these medicines.
Also, do she need to go for any blood test as gynaecologist doesn't prescribed any test.
Secondly, can she include beetroot in diet.
Also, what food can be included in diet to take the iron and folic acid.
