Medicines aggravating my problems
I have lost urge for bowel movement and also can't exert pressure for it since 2 years. Continuous bloated stomach, cramping, nausea,belching and more so after motion. There is always incomplete motion. Ayurvedic medicines are aggravating constipaion, bloating , nausea more,althought homeopathy and allopathy also aggravate problem s. No doctor can under stand why medicines work adversely.even vitamins , isabgul and also hot water harming me

Hi If you want stay healthy then do this. :-first stop eating all medicine. Second drink boiled and leukiwarm water whole day ( at least one or two ltr water ) :- 3rd start doing yoga early morning empty stomach( yoga is life long medicine for you) If you want healthy life then First your digestive should be strong. When your digestive system is good then you can eat healthy things.if your digestive system is not good then you can not eat any thing. For your digestive system:- :- One tablet of albendazole once in a month. :-take metronidazole 400 mg twice a day ( for 5 days . :- take two tablet of Gasex  tds( after breakfast lunch and dinner) ( Himalaya Company) (for one week . Do not eat:-( tea ,coffe,garm tasir food and fruit like papaya,chane ki dal,bringle, dry fruit,milk) Add in your diet :- curd ,rice,maize ,fibrous fruit and vegetable sald ,add beat root in your sald.
