Hello,
My father has been taking Preva gold 10mg from last 2 years.
I want to know, if I switch to generic medicine (ROTSAN 10), would that be fine?

Preva gold consist of combination of 3 medicine so that Patient can take only 1 medicine despite of 3 medicine which looks good
But rotsan consist of only 1 medicine so for other 2 drug you have to go with 2 different drug which will make cost higher than 3 in 1 combination
Most probably your father has need of all 3 medicine which works by different mechanism and for different function
