Medicine side effects
I have started taking medicines for depression and Panic attack. Now I'm feeling dizzy all day. What should I do?

Take medication in the evening around 7PM by taking snacks take dinner at your comfortable time, If sedation is main concern shif morning meditation to night, for better understanding consult your primary psychiatrist.

In initial days you will feel like tht but after few days you will be fine or else you may switch your medicine at night time
