Taking unnecessarily multivitamin / calcium will cause harm more than good.

It's terrible as an immune booster.
The immune system of the human body cannot be boosted by supplements and minerals or by GOODBUGS.
The only thing which can do that to an extent is a vaccine and that is also specific to the disease we are vaccinating for.
Please don't take any supplements given in the name of immune boosting - it's a myth
