Medicine for cold in hypothyroid

Hello doctor ..i have hypothyroidism and in unseason i have cold frequently due to this my nose is blocked and unable to breath properly sometimes....is this a common problem??? please suggest a remedy for this..

For hypothyroidism you have to take medicine for lifetime..with proper monitoring of thyroid hormones level..and for your second query.. you might have allergic rhinitis.. local examination of the nose is also necessary to rule out any DNS/polyp or mass/sinusitis.. consult an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
