Hi there I understand your concern and anxiety....increased thyroid stimulating hormone levels suggestive of hypothyroidism I.e under active thyroid gland...The most common cause of hypothyroidism is Hashimoto's thyroiditis which is an autoimmune thyroid disorder..others being viral infection of thyroid gland, low iodine in diet, radiotherapy, radio active iodine treatment etc...Changes in the menstrual cycle, constipation, depression, dry hair and hair loss, dry skin, fatigue, greater sensitivity to cold, slow heart rate, swelling of the thyroid gland (goiter),unexplained weight gain or difficulty losing weight etc....diagnosis is done by estimating tsh and t3 and t4 levels...Lower-than-normal T4 levels usually mean you have hypothyroidism. However, some people may have increased TSH levels while having normal T4 levels. This is called subclinical (mild) hypothyroidism. It is believed to be an early stage of hypothyroidism...treatment is mainly by replacing thyroid hormones by thyroxin tablets in appropriate dose... Consult nearest physician for clinical examination they will help you further.

The cause of the hypothyroidism is not - always clear but in some cases the thyro id hormones to meet the needs in infancy, fail to do so as the child grows. The diagnosis is readily confirmed by fin -ding epiphyseal dysgenesis. The serum TSH is raised, & the T 4 level and FTI  low. Hypotthyroidism must be considered in the differntial diagnosis of any patient with dwarfism or delayed puberty.
Next Steps
The prognosis is excellent.Even when the condition has been overlooked & the patient presents in late teens with dwarfi -sm and primary amenorrhoea in the female or infantil genitalia in the male, normal growth & sexual maturation can be achieved with treatment.
Health Tips
The response to homoeo medicines ADEL 6 This treatment must be continued the rest of the patient's life & the dosage monitored for rest of patient's life and dosage monitored by in ducing a normal TSH level. Thanks patient,20/01/2017.

If hypothyroidism is causing symptoms, a small dose of Thyroxine needs to be taken. Exercises may not be of help.
