Hypothyroid 9.46 tsh. Tight throat

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Two days back i found that im having hypothyroid tsh level 9.46 doctor prescribed me 50 mg tab. I started it from yesterday. For the past few months im feeling tight throat its like some one is holding my throat can u pls suggest me wat to do.it is so uncomfortable and im married can i expect a baby even im having this hypothyroid
