Hi.. I often suffer from mood swing due to which I am not able to sleep properly at night. My sleep often get disturbed and I wake up almost 5-6 times at night. For the last 5 days I slept like this. Yesterday I took alzolam 0.25 which was prescribed to my father long time ago. I took it so that I can sleep properly. Please tell me whether it's safe for me to take or not. Can I take it whenever I feel like this?

Hi , not advisable to take it. Work out on the areas of concern y u have mood swings. Have clarity abt it strengths weakness and what u want in life ur goals etc. U can overcome it
