My dear friend you don’t need immunity for Covid 19 alone . You need immunity everyday for healthy living . Immunity is not a switch on & off mechanism that you get it the day you want ! For robust immunity balanced food , sound sleep , healthy & hygienic habits , outdoor sports & helping attitude are the key components . Supplements like zinc , Vit C etc are needed if you have specific deficiencies. Inspite if restrictions you should try to encourage your children to expose themselves to sunlight whenever possible . A 6 yr old can cycle which is a good sport , maintains social distance also . All this & stress free positive attitude of parents are immunity boosters . Stay safe , keep away from myths !
