Is it good to use Duphaston from 6 week 1 day. Also is it necessary to use any Iron tablets. Currently using zinc, frolic and Duphaston

continue only zinc, folic acid and duphaston
yes. it helps to support pregnancy right from 6 weeks
Better avoid iron tablets till you reach 12 weeks + as you are prone to nausea
