Medial meniscus tear
The ligament tear has healed but during winter season the pain is there and makes it difficult to walk or do any other activities... sufficient rest is given still pain exists in the leg .... necessary medications taken ... kindly advise if its ok to climb two wheeler vehicle...

You need a thorough clinical examination to assertion if the " ligament" has actually healed . Increase in physical activity after ligament reconstruction depends on multiple factors. Donot rush .
