I have a history of sexual abuse with effect of severe trust issues I m scared that while I m asleep my own family members may kill me and I m ready with a plan to hurt or kill that particular person without a second thought Yesterday, I had breakdown in which I was shivering and crying and suffocating and later I hurted myself I also self harm from last 5 months whenever a situation isn't controlled by me After breakdown I m't able to feel anything and think Also, I m highly active in Feelings of obsession and possessiveness Therefore I don't allow anyone to be my friend I don't want to get overly obsessed

You need to see a psychiatrist as soon as possible. After taking medication for a week to fortnight you can see a psychologist like me and get therapy and heal your past memories. Past memories if left unhealed can keep triggering similar symptoms time and again. Take care!

See you need treatment for your illness.your histroy needs further  evaluation however , would suggest you to start on olazapine 5mg and increase to 10 my.i would also advise you to take therapy for the same
