Masturbation in tibia fracture
I am 18 year old boy had a open fracture and surgery done . My question is that, i used to masturbate daily will this masturbation leads to delay union or non union of my tibia . My surgery has done 20 days ago Should i avoid masturbation to promote bone healing or not. Do sperm contains the calcium that i eat ? Do masturbation related to bone healing? Will masturbation affect bone healing?

I am not giving medical advice based unfounded theories. But one thing is for sure, I doubt sperm contains calcium that you eat, and I haven't heard of any scientific evidence linking masturbation to bone healing. However, what you do with your hands is your business as long as you don’t jerk around the fracture site violently, and bone healing is your doctor's business, so leave the experts to do their job, and you focus on healing yourself in the best way possible.
