Massager for herniated discs
My wife has herniated discs since couple of years. Last year she recovered after going for physiotherapy for a month, but then delivered twins so back pain again started due to household chores in lockdown. I am looking for back massagers online. There are two types of massagers - 1. Handheld massager 2. Massager seat/chair (Shiatsu massager with rotators which gives vibration and heating - attached image) If I use Shiatsu back massage seat for my wife who has few hernatied discs in lumbar region (L2, L4), can it improve her spine health or worsen?

Massager can neither cure a herniated disc or put the discs back in their place,so don't waste your money and time.
