Manubrium pain (strenum)
I'm having manubrium pain in some moments and also while light press on the chest bone. Even I get some pops while doing some stretches.

Sounds like you have costochindtitis, usually gets better on its own, over time. It can last for a few weeks to months. Painkillers that help with inflammation, like ibuprofen for few days ,hot water fermentation over the affected part and if necessary,physiotherapy with TENS. Breathing exercises, and stretches can help decrease the pain.

The reason might be  doing too many pushups or planks,which  can cause pressure on the sternum and  cause pain. Go slow if you have recently started exercising or have increased the intensity.Any OTC pain meds and  voveron gel locally along with Pantop40 ( empty stomach in the morning) to counteract acidity  x 5 days should help

Do you feel nausea also sometimes?. Maybe due to fatigue,  work or deformity
