Mantoux test may not be a reliable test to diagnose genital TB.
7 mm, especially in our population is not diagnostic. > 10 mm can be diagnostic.
Sometimes an endometrial biopsy will be taken to diagnose tb.
In some cases TB medication can be given without a diagnosis of TB also based on clinical findings. So, if it's needed it will have to be taken to cure the disease.
