Making Uterus Strong -post miscarriage
Hello All, My wife had a missed miscarriage at 11weeks a week back. My query is - 1. How to make Uterus strong & fertile ( to make cobceiving easier in future ) 2. Any fruit / vegetable / food a must take in this time?

Hi Avoid pregnancy for atleast 3 more months Folic acid supplementation is recommended Have a healthy balanced diet and exercise in ur routine
