Major Ocd problem
Hello, I am from Patna I am suffering from severe OCD. I have major issue in bathing and washing hands. I take almost half an hour to wash hands, hence I normally eat food with spoon fork so that my hands don't get dirty. I also take almost 2-3 hour to bath and that I need someone to guide me how to bath. My husband helps me with my daily chores so that I can complete this on time and go for work. This is creating lots of issues in my personal life. I am married since last 4 years and need to plan my family as well. I can do this only when I am OCD free. I am looking for a good doctor in Patna who can help me with this. I have already medication for this but that was of no use rather it created more problems in my health. I need someone who can help cure this OCD issue so that I can live a normal and a happy life.. Awaiting a positive response.

Write down your obsessive thoughts or worries. Keep a pad and pencil on you, or type on a laptop, smartphone, or tablet. When you begin to obsess, write down all your thoughts or compulsions. Keep writing as the OCD urges continue, aiming to record exactly what you’re thinking, even if you’re repeating the same phrases or the same urges over and over. Writing it all down will help you see just how repetitive your obsessions are. Writing down the same phrase or urge hundreds of times will help it lose its power. Writing thoughts down is much harder work than simply thinking them, so your obsessive thoughts are likely to disappear sooner.
