Maintane 500 injection
I am 6 week pregnancy. only positive in prega news. sonography is awaited.My doctor suggested maintane 500 injection two times in a week for 1 month. I have miscarriage in 2018. is it safe to take maintane 500 injection two times in a week and two days mild cramps 2-3 times for 10 sec in a day but now after 4 days, no cramps.i have already take 2 injection shots.

I have a slightly different view on this. I think you should wait for Sonography report. After confirming an intrauterine pregnancy  you should take Natural micronized progestogens. Inj Maintaine can be added when you complete two months.

R u bleeding since u conceived? If not weekly injection is sufficient Cramps are a normal symptom of pregnancy due to stretching of uterus
