Tests for pregnancy are 1. Urine test (card test), 2. Blood test (bHCG), 3. Sonography. All tests require expert to interpret the results.
In your case if bleeding already started all above test has limited value.
BHCG may have value if done today only. As values decreases from the day bleeding starts.
In extreme case if you send the bleeding tissue (after surgical removal) for microscopic examination you can confirm pregnancy.
In all you should consult your doctor.
