Lymph nodes in neck
Greetings! I was suffering from throat irritation on and off from 4-5 months which still persists and can feel some mass under the jaw region of neck. In ultrasound report  it showed some lymph nodes of smaller size in left and right side. ENT doctor had suggested a course of antibiotics which I really wants to avoid if it can be healed from any home remedies or alternate medicines. One of the doctor suggested not to take anything and leave it like this only. Can it go by its own or  it can be converted to something serious in future??Kindly suggest. Thank you! Please see attached report.

You should start antibiotics. It's nothing to worry about. It will be cured with medicine only. There is no harm in taking antibiotics in this case.

Are these swellings tender, i mean is there pain wile pressing on it, or if the local temperature feels raised, if so then it may be acute infection/inflammation, then u need to take antibiotics for 5 days and see the response whether they decrease in size. Also u can get some tests done like cbc, crp, esr etc
