Lymph node tuberculosis
I have mediastinal lymph node tb. It was diagnosed through cect and EBUS. Node was 7cm×3cm. I'm on 3 and half month of treatment doctor recommended me 8 months of treatment. Previously having fever gone cough was less but still I occasionally cough like 15-20 times a day. Is it normal? Currently I'm on abroad. My treatment was done in India. When should I have my next CECT? PLEASE HELP ME DOCTOR

Total duration of ATT should be 6-9 months Depends on treatment response CECT chest to be done just before we want to stop the treatment (Again it depends case to case) Just remember Don’t stop medication without consultation with Pulmonologist

Pl complete the course of Att,as per the Doctors advise. Regarding cough, it can occur due to lymph adenopathy.it will take time for the lymph nodes to subside.pl consult pulmonologist for further evaluation and treatment.
