Lying on bed upside down
Hello Doctor, m 14 weeks pregnant. Today morning on drowsiness by mistake I layed on bed completely upside down ( stomach touching to bed and full body weight on lower abdomen) for 2 seconds and immediately I woke up and turned to side. I'm worried will it harm my baby?

Foetus is well protected inside amniotic fluid by nature Therefore lying on tummy doesnot compress baby inside uterus

Don't worry 14 weeks still the baby is inside your pelvis and wouldn't have harm the baby
