Patient diagnosed with lung tb on july. Recent ultrasound result shows:
Multiple variable size heteroechoic lymphnodes are seen in periportal, peripancreatic and para aortic region, largest measuring ~ 27 × 22 mm in periportal region.
Blood test report shows:
ESR 21
Lower back pain since 3 days and loss of appetite

Pl continue the Att course,for full course. Most probably the nodes also will decrease. If not reduced, pl consult pulmonologist for further evaluation and treatment.
