Present study reveals residual lesion in the left lower lobe of lung in perihilar location without significant interval change (Present size: 25 mm & Previous Size: 26 mm). Enlarged lymph nodes are seen in right supraclavicular fossa (Larger 14 mm, Previous Size: 16 mm), right upper and lower paratracheal (Larger 15 mm, Previous Size: 16 mm), left paratracheal (Larger 11 mm, Previous Size: 11 mm), prevascular (Larger 20 mm, Previous Size: 20 mm), subcarinal (Larger 15 mm, Previous Size: 14 mm), periesophageal (Larger 33 mm, Previous Size: 32 mm), bilateral hilar (Larger 18 mm, Previous Size: 18 mm), gastrohepatic (Larger 18 mm, Previous Size: 12 mm), periaortic (Larger 26 mm, Previous Size: 28 mm), pericaval (Larger 21 mm, Previous Size: 22 mm) and retrocrural (Larger 10 mm, Previous Size: 12 mm) stations. Residual lymph nodes are also seen periportal (Larger 10 mm), peripancreatic (Larger 12 mm) and in celiac (Larger 14 mm) locations. There is appearance of heterogeneously enhancing
