My husband has lumps on back of his neck (either side) and since it's on both sides and it's not painful he don't care about it. He had them from few years now. When ever he gets an infection the lumps look lightly swollen too. He has a lump on his arm as well . Which department should we consult and how to proceed?

If the lumps are painless, it could be Lipoma, means accumulated fat in that soft lump, but the Lipomas are painless. So if it is Lipoma, nothing to be done as remained quitely.
