Lumph in Left Testicle

Asked for Male, 18 Years

I have a big lumph in my left testicle. Its like whole testicle is filled with that lumph. I fear having testicular cancer because along with this i have other problems such as penis shortness, thinness and premature ejaculation. What to do. Help me
