This lump can be removed under local anesthesia. Method of removal could be with blade, cautery or laser. Any method you use it would be painless .. difference would be in bleeding and speed of healing. PLEASE DO SEND THE MASS FOR HISTOPATHOLOGY EXAMINATION. It would help to diagnose exact nature of it and to decide further follow up. Any M.D.S.Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon would remove it for you in comfortable manner.
