Lump on penis shaft not painful
I have recently noticed there's a lump on my penis shaft which not painful at all, but still looks freaked out, earlier I had identified it as base of the pubic hair bit larger than usual, then is squeezed it, some kind of white substance came out then I thought its going to be normal. Nowadays it's grown in size of a half of the peanut. Kindly let me know what I'm going through.
