Sir I am 22 yrs old and i found a small lump today in my penile shaft which is painful like ordinary lump occurs in my face.it will be a cancer?? I am so worried about this and I am virgin too because I googled my problem some articles are showing that it's STD...I am totally confused please give me a suggestion
