Lump on my penis
Hi, around 3 days ago, I noticed a small lump under the skin of my penis, just below the glans. There is no pain from it, but when I try to masturbate, it hurts due to the rubbing of it. Could you please guide me as to whom should I consult regarding this? Thank you.
