  4. Lump in left thigh. I get rid of it?

Lump in left thigh
Lump formed in left thigh and its very painful. Big one formed 2 days ago and small one yesterday. How will I get rid of it?

looks like folliculitits.it is infected.kindly start antibiotics course and topical creams need to be applied.visit a doctor nearby so further treatment can be started.
