Painful lump between my anus and vagina

Asked for Female, 28 Years

The lump developed quite suddenly. I have it for a year now. When I noticed it initially it was not painful. It was just there. I thought it was a wart or similar so I ignored. However recently I'm experiencing pain if I push the area around it. I have a majorly desk job. Could it be a side effect of that? Or is it something else. It is not a boil. Just feels like a skin growth.
