Severe pain lump in between the buttocks

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I have been having a painful lump between my buttocks near the tailbone, Having serious difficulties while sitting anywhere. As I googled its said Pilonidal cyst according to the symptoms. I need an instant relief from this pain
