Baby has lump on right leg dtp vaccination not pain full no redness size is reducing slowly no fever it is 6th day what to do ?

It's normal to get lump after 16-18th month vaccination. It will gradually go off.  As there is no fever/redness/pain nothing needs to be done

Don't need to do anything. In future while getting the child vaccinated hold the child properly when it is being injected.
