Your symptoms suggest of vitamin d and B12 deficiency. No.2 medicine in your prescription is a steroid, since you have taken for 1 months you can't stop it suddenly and you will need to taper the dose gradually before stopping. I think getting vitamin injections will help get rid of your pain
Next Steps
get vitamin B12 and D checked
Health Tips
get vitamin B12 and D injection

Hello Happy to know that pain has reduced. Continue and finish your course of medications. Pain will gradually reduce but any lifting of weights and stress on your lower back can trigger pain back again.
Health Tips
Can start lower back strengthening exercises once you feel better
