Only shows age related changes nothing serious. Have to correlate clinically with examination.
Next Steps
Treatment depends on your symptoms. For pain you can take pain killers and physiotherapy. Later back strengthening exercises.

As you have mentioned about your MRI Report, you haven't mentioned about the onset of pain and where the pain is.. Does your pain radiate down to the legs.. do you have any numbness, weakness or any other symptoms.. MRI Report is only for proper diagnosis but what matters the symptoms which you have

If you have any symptoms down the leg or back pain.. than pls visit a physiotherapist for the same
