As you have mentioned about your MRI Report, you haven't mentioned about the onset of pain and where the pain is..
Does your pain radiate down to the legs.. do you have any numbness, weakness or any other symptoms..
MRI Report is only for proper diagnosis but what matters the symptoms which you have
