Yes lpr can be diagnosed by endoscopy of upper GI tract ... But plz don't take otc meds ... Kindly get properly evaluated

LPR patients usually diagnosed by clinical history and yes endoscopy of oesophagus and stomach surely helps to confirm it. Barium swallow can also be advised . PPI s like omeprazole & pantoprazole are easily avoidable as otc drugs .
